  • Morgan Pepitone is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in founding and leading companies across diverse industries, including financial services, medical devices, recycling, and real estate. Known for his strategic vision and operational expertise, he has consistently driven substantial growth and long-term investment value.

    As CEO and Partner of Land Farm Game LLC, Morgan has led nationwide property acquisitions, optimized capital structures, and expanded the firm’s portfolio in both fintech and agtech sectors. He also plays a pivotal role as Director and Principal at Nationwide Loan Consultants and The Borrowing Club, where his leadership helped scale the company to over $40 million in annual revenue within two years. Previously, Morgan served as COO and CFO at Apira Science, Inc., where he managed operations and regulatory compliance, contributing to over $50 million in annual sales. His career is defined by his ability to innovate, scale, and create sustainable value across multiple sectors.

Management and Operations

Power Consultants/Government Affairs

  • Holly M. Black is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in construction and energy consultancy. With a Magna Cum Laude degree in Design from Western Carolina University, she has built a strong foundation in energy management and infrastructure planning.

    Holly’s career includes roles such as Energy Engineer for the City of Kings Mountain, where she led the implementation of automated meter reading systems and coordinated utility infrastructure projects. She later transitioned to Summit Utility Advisors as an Energy Project Consultant, helping municipal utilities optimize rate studies and ensure economic competitiveness.

    Known for her goal-driven approach and leadership, Holly’s expertise continues to drive efficient, innovative solutions in the energy sector.

  • Sheree L. Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial, management, and regulatory consulting for utilities and utility consumers. She holds an MBA and a B.S. in Accounting and has worked with leading firms such as Summit Utility Advisors, AEIS/SVBK Consulting Group, and R.W. Beck & Associates.

    Sheree specializes in power supply negotiations, retail rate studies, deregulation planning, and regulatory proceedings. She has represented numerous clients before major regulatory bodies, including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and provided expert testimony in various rate cases. With a focus on renewable energy, utility valuations, and strategic planning, Sheree continues to drive impactful solutions across the energy sector.

  • Director of Business Development, Utility Infrastructure and Government Affairs @ Land Farm Game, LLC.

    Graduated from Tusculum University in 1983 with B.S. degree in Business Administration.

    Received a AAS Degree in Electrical Engineering from Central Piedmont Community College.

    I started in 1984 for The City of Concord in Meter Reading Department.  I then moved to an Overhead Line Construction crew in 1989.  From there I moved to various Departments within the Electric department learning skill and knowledge that make up an Electric System.  These department includes Metering, and the Security Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Department, before becoming the Overhead Construction Supervisor overseeing all the line crews, tree crews and contractors working on the City’s Electric System. 

    In 2009, Bob was appointed Director of the Electric Department. I oversaw a department of 75 coworkers in the department plus about 25 contract workers.  I was responsible for the day-to-day management of the department.  Other major responsibilities were development of yearly Budget to be approved by City Council each year and Wholesale contract negotiations with Power suppliers.  

    April 1 0f 2021, I retired after a long career with the City of Concord.  Post retirement I received The Order of the Long Leaf Pine from the Governor of North Carolina
